Both halls are centrally heated and have traditionally polished, wooden floors. 

Tables and chairs are provided to suit users’ needs - see Large Hall for dimensions of tables.

There are three modern toilets, including facilities for the disabled.  A baby changing unit is also provided, as well as a shower. 

The main hall is fitted with an induction loop for the deaf / hard of hearing.  

All parts of the building are fitted with smoke detectors and for this reason we regret that we cannot allow the use of smoke or bubble-blowing equipment.  

All parts of the building, including the surrounding area, can be readily accessed by wheelchair users.

Village Hall users also have access (although not exclusively) to the adjoining community field that provides a large grassy area for a variety of activities and includes a range of children’s play equipment. Please note that this is a public area and is not for the exclusive use by a hirer of the hall.  We no longer accept bookings for bouncy castles or inflatables - either indoors or outdoors.

There is a well-lit car park on the north side of the building for 15 cars plus one disabled space.

A low gate is available to close off the path by the side of the hall between the car park and the field to prevent small children from leaving the play area and getting through to the car park.
